Sovereign Insurance Social Media - Static Posts

I manage a number of social media accounts for Sovereign Insurance, creating different strategies to increase followers as well as post engagement, paid and organic.

Initially I was managing Sovereign's Facebook, X and LinkedIn accounts; however, I recommended, based on analytics to focus on growing the LinkedIn account which is where all of the content types were published and was seeing the most growth. LinkedIn then became the primary social network Sovereign was publishing on.

I led the growth of Sovereign's LinkedIn presence from 3.4K followers in 2019 to 11.2K by June 2023 through applying a targeted content strategy, employee advocacy with thought leadership blog articles and audience engagement initiatives. I wrote the copy for the posts as well as designed the post graphics and managed copy translation with a freelance translator.

I was also in charge of social media analytics and reporting. I designed a manual Excel dashboard before an automated Google Looker Studio dashboard was developed.
